The first step in booking your event to complete a booking inquiry via our Event Planning Form.
How do I pay for my booking?
To submit your payment once your booking is confirmed after your form is submited, you can checkout for party in total or your party can checkout via our Online Payment Portal.
You will receive a unique checkout code for your group members to use during the checkout process. For special bookings, you will receive an itemized invoice to the email address provided.
What services do you offer?
Services Overview
Boxx the Artist offers an array of painting social events for birthdays, celebrations, girls-night-out, office functions/team-bonding, relaxation, stress-relief, and all other entertainment purposes. Prices vary and change per promotional period. Services are offered on a for-travel basis, that are premiere mobile events and transferrable to any requested location. Traveling events include the following metropolitan areas:

Painting with Boxx is an exciting, social, group or private event setting where participants are guided step by step in creating the selected hosting art piece. The end goal is to tap into your creative and abstract mind to bring to life a work of art. Painting with Boxx events are for individuals of all skill levels. Event times vary per package, but participants are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance for proper seating, setup, and preparation to being promptly and experience every minute dedicated to the creation process. Events are from 1-3 hours longs; breaks can be planned at the requests of the participants. For event locations that allow alcohol consumption no children under 18 are permitted, and alcohol submission is only permitted for adults ages 21+. Boxx the Artist holds no liability for the consumption or over-consumption of alcohol.
How do we registration?
Each participant can sign-up individually via our Paint Party Check-Out Option. No longer put up with the hassle of rounding up guests and their portion, each of your guests can pay for their own spot. In order to ensure that each member payment is processed, please submit an event planning form as the party host to receive your chechout code or enter any groupon code or discount code. An individual can book and pay up to 50 people per party. For larger groups, please provide expected number for group rates for select event (if unlisted). Please book at least 15 business days in advance for all local events, and at least 30 business days in advance for traveling events outside a 20-mile radius from Indianapolis.
What is your price structure?
Events range from $20+, VIP Painting Experiences are priority events ranging $50 per person. Boxx the Artist provides each individual 11x14 canvas or 16x20 for VIP or Upgraded experiences, paint, brushes, easels, and aprons. Refreshments and alcohol are not included in a Painting with Boxx event, unless booked seperately for catering options. Prices cover cost of supplies and instruction. Prices fluctuate based on market demand, value, and number of participants. Additional fees for refreshments, decorative options, DJ services.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are allowed however no monetary refunds will be granted. Costs are immediately invested into your personal setup in which it cannot be returned or refunded. For full refund, please contact me within 24- hours of submission of payment. All funds will be held one business day before the purchase of supplies.
If you miss your event, funds will not be refunded. You are responsible for your party guest and attendance. If you book for a party and all guests do not show, you are still responsible for complete payment of your party and amount of guest book. No refunds will be procesed for guest that do not show up.
In order to adjust your bookings, please contact me within 24 hours of submitting your order. If you need to reschedule, you must contact and reschedule at least 72 hours in advance to move the date of an event. For emergencies, parties can reschedule as needed. Cancellations should be made via email or by phone. An event fee will be charged for reservations not cancelled 72 hours in advance. Cancellation policy can change at any time with or without notice.
Do you Travel?
All events are for-travel. Travel fees are required for events outside of a 20-mile radius of the Indianapolis Metropolitan area. For regularly traveled events, mileage/travel fees will be calculated into total cost. All travel fees will be included in special pricing and quotes identified as travel fees, not to exceed 40% of total cost.

Wine & Canvas
Wine and Canvas includes 2-hr instruction, 11x14 canvas, paint, brushes, and aprons, with complementary red or white wine available for parties under 12. Additional fees for decorative options are available. Decorations will be a subset cost offered through my direct vendor, please inquiry for more details. All wine and canvas events are for ages 21+. Group Minimum applies: 12+ participants outside of Indianapolis within 20-mile radius. For all bookings outside of Indianapolis 20-mile radius group minimum will vary at my discretion contingent upon the location. Please provide address for quote.
Smoothie & Canvas
Smoothie and Canvas includes 2-hr instruction, 11x14 canvas, paint, brushes, and aprons, with one complimentary smoothie for parties under 12. Additional fees for decorative options are available. Decorations will be a subset cost offered through my direct vendor, please inquiry for more details. All smoothie and canvas events are open to all ages. For participants, please be sure to provide any fruit allergies in advance before the event for special accommodations. Disclaimer: Any contest to the events and pricing offered can be discussed directly with Boxx the Artist. Negotiations and special arrangements are available at the discretion of Boxx the Artist and hosting party. All prices are subjected to change at any time for any reason. All liability of accident, injury, alcohol consumption, underage alcohol consumption and any other means to legal action are released under these terms and conditions. Boxx the Artist will not be held responsible for illegal alcohol consumption or sale and does offer alcohol for sale. Boxx the Artist will not be held responsible for any accident or injury during an event and participants and parties or third parties cannot sue for damages or monies lost. Boxx the Artist does not offer location or space to host events unless arranged otherwise. Any deposits, securities, and fees associated with space usage and host must provide rental. Boxx the Artist is not liable or responsible for any physical properties damages that occur during any event, and parties/participants or third parties cannot sue for damages inquired. It is under this agreement once signed all these terms are fulfilled and met.
Once your invoice is sent, a minium desposit will be required to be added to the production schedule. Upon payment of deposit, direct consultation services will be begin. Client will receive a basic mock-up of design of custom order for approval. After reviewiing and changes will be processed until final approval.
Upon final approval, personal shopping will begin if custom asks for Arthentic Fit to provide jacket. Arthentic Fit will personal consult and select jackets/articles from available local market for client, or client can advise exact jack of interest. Additional fees will apply for this service, or client can provide the items themsevlves for customization. Upon selecting piece for customization, the fulfillment process will begin, and estimated shipping date will be provided. Upon completion, articles will be shipped, delivered, and scheduled for pick-up with client.
Please be advised that submittig the above form you agree to be added to Arthentic Fit mailing lists to recieve your quote. All quotes are adjustable, order modifications may be neccessary to meet your budget goals. Agreeing to submit deposits/payments and or sending personal items are at the expense of the customer and all liability is released from Arthentic Fit for damage, lost items, claims, or casualty once shipped. Please be sure to insure all items at the value of the items when shipping. Items that incur any logistical issues must be settled and disputed with the shipper and shipping company.
Arthentic Fit will not liaise as a third-party for shipping issues or errors. Please be sure to double check mailing addresses and safely secure any fragile items. Any items received altered, damaged, or tampered with will be rejected and returned to sender. Projects for custom items should be submitted 30 to 60 days in advance of needed date with deposit and or full payment for individual or bulk orders. Why is it called "Arthentic Fit"?
Well "Arthentic" is a coined term that simply combines the words "Art" and "Authentic." We can take both text book definitions to break it down, let's begin with art. Art; the conscious use of skill and creative imagination especially in the production of aesthetic objects.
Authentic; true to one's own personality, spirit, or character. Thus Arthentic means to be true and original within your skill of creating aesthetics. Contray to popular belief,Fit isn't short for outfit or fitness, but to be suitable by nature or by art; adapted to end or design. Now we have Arthentic Fit.
Why does Arthentic Fit offer clothes if it's an online art gallery?
There is no restistriction when it comes to art. Our brand is "Wear Art Meets Fashion." We recognize art in every form and fashion is a form of art. So, at Arthentic Fit we've innovated the clothing brand creating our exclusive style of artwear. This essential turns clothes, and other gear into our canvas where we can create artistic hand painted clothing, and constantly push the limits of defining "art."
What is "Artwear"?
Artwear is a hybrid fashion style consisting of art (acrylic painting) and various outerwear styles. Supporters can order their artwear from the comfort of their own homes, and have their very own hand-painted canvas collection. This is a company that seeks to provide expressive, individualized gear, reaching our market with premium upgraded artistic features to own.
How do you take care of artwear?
Since items are painted with fabric paint I recommend hand-washing or spot cleaning as necessary to preserve your painted item for items such as hats. For washing, dry cleaning is the best options, however machine wash in cold water when necessary, and air dry.
How long does it take to get your order?
I'm a perfectionist when it comes to art so I like to make sure that it is right. I work on something until it feels right. I know when people order things they expect it on demand and want it the next day, but I have a standard 1-2 week window for the creation process and shipping. I urge everyone to read my terms and conditions before purchasing. If someone is ordering an original art piece that is already created, it will ship within three business days. For commission art canvases, generally 2-3 weeks or more, however I keep an open stream of communication during the entire creation process. If you would like anything customized or created, please allow yourself to contact atleast a month or two in advance, unless stated otherwise.
Do you sell paintings?
Yes, my paintings catalog is available on the Art tab that displays my online portfolio with all work available for purchase with pricing of Orginals and Canvas Prints. If anything is not avaialble you can email me or contact me via the Customs section and whatever you need can be created. Complete the customs form to order a commission painting.
Do you accept returns?
No, I do not accept returns or process refunds, unless arranged otherwise. I work case by case, but you have any issues, please contact me as soon as possible

What are Pledges?
Pledges are investments that will go directly toward the building fund of the Gallery. Opening up a facility of this nature is costly, and we need help from the community and those that support the vision. For pledges we will provide limited Arthentic Fit Packages consisting of your personally selected Art package. Pledges are backed by these gifted incentives to encourage giving, and offer a reward. Donations are also available if you'd simply just like to give.
Whats the difference between a donation or pledge?
Donations and Pledges both differ and we want you to select what's best for you. Both donations and pledges funds will go toward the business funds of the Gallery. However, donations can be given at anytime for any amount from $1+. No gift is too small, and all equally valued to us! Pledges receive a gift incentive, but they come with price points ranging from $30 to $1,000. Each Pledge has a limited availability per price point. Once that Pledge option is exhausted, it will no longer be available.
