Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of original artwork, limited editions, made-to-order merchandise, custom products, creative works, and digital offerings, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment.
If you need to cancel an order, requests must be submitted within **24 hours of purchase** and are only eligible if the order has **not yet been processed, fulfilled, produced, or shipped**. Cancellation requests made after this window, or after fulfillment has begun, cannot be accommodated.
Original artwork, commissioned works, custom pieces, made-to-order items, prints, merchandise, gift cards, digital downloads, and sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item due to our error, you must contact us within **5 days of delivery** with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the claim and, at our sole discretion, determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other remedy.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers or fulfillment partners. Any approved refund or cancellation will be issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
