We ship original artwork, prints, creative products, merchandise, and other items through trusted third-party shipping providers and fulfillment partners, including drop-shipping services and carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other applicable domestic or international logistics providers. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the item purchased, production requirements, destination, and fulfillment partner.

Once an order has been transferred to a third-party carrier or fulfillment provider, ownership and responsibility for the shipping process is subject to that provider's handling and delivery procedures. Estimated shipping dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, supply chain issues, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or carrier-related issues after an order has been shipped. Tracking information will be provided when available through the applicable fulfillment partner or shipping carrier.

Because certain products are made to order or fulfilled through third-party partners, orders may arrive in separate shipments and from different locations. Shipping fees, delivery estimates, and available shipping methods may vary by product and destination.

While we take reasonable care in packaging and coordinating shipments, all shipping and delivery services are performed by independent third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for carrier delays, shipping errors, or damages occurring after an item has been accepted by the shipping provider. Customers who experience loss or damage in transit should promptly contact the applicable carrier and notify us so that we can assist where reasonably possible.
