Consider Boxx's music as the pair of headphones to the visual work you never knew you needed. The debut album, Everything All at Once, offers a gateway to stories, questions, & emotions to the larger practice. Where the visuals ask you to look closer, the music asks you to listen, completing an experience that was never meant to exist in only one medium.

"Everything, All At Once is where I found myself…

it started as an idea sitting in my notes for nearly three years, returning to what my soul calls to the most, music.

After a season of high-highs & low-lows, I shattered.

Collecting each piece of emotion, memory, identity, pressure, persistence, mistakes, love, losses, light and darkness into a solemn isolation, I faced the overwhelming feeling of holding every version of yourself in the same space at the same time. I had a choice, what's for keep & confetti throwing all else, releasing, to simply return back to me.

But nobody tells you the release isn't just a moment, it's memory. Reminding yourself to put down the pieces that no longer serve you, over & over again. Remembering who you were, who you are.

I'm glad to have arrived here, because these reminders helped birth this, not just music, but acknowledging myself holistically.

This project is built around the intimacy of my inner world. Nostalgic, like checking your answering machine, after quite some time away with a full tape deck of blinking red lights. Missed calls, from the past, present, & future trying to introduce the parts of myself that’s been asking to co-exist all along.

The sacred & the street, the thinker & the feeler, the poet, the lover, the child, the hermit, the artist, the sage, the doer, the don't-er. The perfectionist & imperfect. The still growing, still learning.

The Everything, All At Once, yet one thing a time, or sometimes… nothing at all.
